YoungHo (YH) Kim

Chairman of the Board of MOM Holding Company, Chairman of the Compensation Committee, and Member of the Audit Committee and Nomination and Governance Committee

YoungHo (YH) Kim serves as the Chairman of the Board of MOM Holding Company. He also serves as Chairman of the Compensation Committee and is a member of both the Audit and Nomination and Governance Committees. With a career spanning over five decades, Mr. Kim has demonstrated exceptional expertise in Corporate Strategy, Research & Development, Operations, and Global Business Markets.  He started at Yulsan Ind. Co., Ltd., and held several roles at Gadelius Korea, Ltd., and KCC Corporation.

Mr. Kim earned a Bachelor’s degree in Geology from Seoul National University in South Korea.

   

Craig Borkowski CEO

Chief Executive Officer

Craig Borkowski was appointed Chief Executive Officer of Momentive in June of 2025. Mr. Borkowski returned to Momentive following a decade-long relationship, during which he has held several senior positions. He joined Momentive in 2010 as Global Marketing Director for Electronic Materials and later relocated to Seoul, South Korea, where he led the Optical Materials Business as Global Optical Segment Leader. He was then promoted to Vice President of Global Electronic Materials, assuming responsibility for the Electronics Materials business worldwide. Before leaving Momentive in 2020, he returned to the United States and served as Chief Strategy Officer, overseeing the development of Momentive’s global corporate strategy. Mr. Borkowski’s professional journey includes executive roles at Info-gel, LLC, Terra Sound, LLC, and Henkel, showcasing his extensive experience and expertise.

Mr. Borkowski holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School.

   

Jay Chung

Member of the Operations Committee and Nomination & Governance Committee

Jay Chung serves as a member of both the Operations Committee and the Nomination & Governance Committee. Ms. Chung is part of the Corporate Strategy Planning Division at KCC Corporation and has been instrumental in driving the company's strategic initiatives and operational excellence.

Ms. Chung holds a Master’s in Business Administration from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. 

   

JaeHun Jung

Chairman of the Nomination and Governance Committee and Member of the Compensation Committee 

JaeHun (JH) Jung serves as the Chairman of the Nomination and Governance Committee and Member of the Compensation Committee. Mr. Jung began his career at KCC Corporation in 1993, starting in Corporate Planning. Over the years, he has held numerous senior leadership positions, including Head of KCC HQ in India and Singapore, Vice President of Corporate Planning, and Senior Executive Vice President, and Head of Corporate Administration. Since 2022, he has been serving as the President and CEO of KCC Corporation.

Mr. Jung holds a BA in Public Law from Seoul National University in South Korea and an MBA from Purdue University. 

   

Mark McCollum

Chairman of the Audit Committee

Mark McCollum serves as the Chairman of the Audit Committee. McCollum is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across the oilfield services industry. He served as President and CEO of Weatherford International plc from 2017 to 2020, and held various senior positions at Halliburton, including Executive Vice President and CFO from 2007 to 2017. Before his tenure at Halliburton, Mr. McCollum held executive roles at Tenneco and was an audit partner at Arthur Andersen LLP. He serves on the boards of Westlake Corporation and Seadrill Limited and is actively involved in numerous healthcare and educational organizations.

Mr. McCollum holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from Baylor University.

   

Andy Tometich

Chairman of the Operations Committee

Andy Tometich joined the Board of Directors in January 2026 and serves as Chairman of the Operations Committee.  Most recently, he was President, CEO, and a board member at Quaker Houghton Corporation. Before his time at Quaker Houghton, Mr. Tometich held the position of Executive Vice President, Hygiene, Health, and Consumable Adhesives at H.B. Fuller Company. He was Senior Vice President of Specialty Materials at Corning Incorporated, President of Performance Silicones at The Dow Chemical Company, and held various professional and leadership roles at Dow Corning Corporation.

Mr. Tometich has served as President and Chairman at Hemlock Semiconductor Group, CEO and Chairman of Multibase Group, and Director on several boards including West Virginia Alloy, Quebec Silicon, STI, Synergy, and joint ventures of Dow Corning with Wacker. He has also been a board member for the American Chemistry Council and the Society of Chemical Industry.

Mr. Tometich earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Notre Dame and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He has also completed additional programs at MIT, Oxford, Columbia, Wharton, Harvard, Stanford and INSEAD.

   

Ian Watling

Member of the Compensation Committee and Operations Committee

Ian Watling serves as a member of both the Compensation and Operations Committees. Mr. Watling is a distinguished executive who brings a wealth of leadership experience to his professional endeavors.  Most recently, he was responsible for KCC’s Global Silicone business (Global Personal Care & Non-Personal Care), which marked sales of $150 million in 2019, as well as 109 employees based in Europe, China, India and Korea who collectively are responsible for R&D, Regulatory Affairs, QA, Operations, Purchasing, Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Logistics, and Customer Service.

Mr. Watling received a 1st Class Honors degree in Chemistry from the University of Kent, UK.

Thanos Yiagopoulos - Chief Technology Officer

Thanos Yiagopoulos is the Chief Technology Officer overseeing new product and process development, corporate innovation, digital transformation, and sustainability initiatives. Since joining Momentive in 2012, he has driven significant advancements in process technology and established global pilot plant capabilities.

 

With more than 20 years of experience in the specialty chemicals industry, Thanos has held senior roles at SABIC and LyondellBasell, managing large-scale production assets and operational excellence initiatives. He brings a wealth of multi-cultural leadership experience, having worked in Europe, the US, the Middle East, and Asia.

 

Thaos is an Advisory Board Member of The Conference Board Innovation Leadership Council and actively contributes to CEFIC, Silicones EU, and the Global Silicones Council, shaping industry-wide policies on innovation and sustainability.  

 

Thanos earned a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, an MBA from Warwick Business School, and a Business Sustainability certification from INSEAD.

Robert Bush - Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer

Bob Bush was appointed Senior Vice President & Chief Financial Officer in June 2022. He is responsible for all areas of Finance within Momentive, including Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Treasury, Global Tax and Controllership, as well as Finance Shared Services and Information Technology.

 

Bob has more than 36 years of broad finance experience and industry knowledge. He began his career at Momentive in 2013 and has held several finance leadership roles in FP&A, Global Operations, Business Finance, and Vice President & Treasurer. Prior to Momentive, he held several financial leadership positions at ITT Corporation and GE. While at GE he completed several leadership programs and attained certification as a Six Sigma Master Black Belt.

 

Bob has an MBA from the University at Albany and a BS in Computer Science from Marist University. 

Robert Bush

Ricardo Pravda – Chief Human Resource Officer

Ricardo Pravda joined Momentive in September of 2025 as Chief Human Resource Officer (CHRO). As CHRO, he is responsible for overseeing the Company's global HR strategy, fostering a dynamic organizational culture, and leading key priorities such as employee engagement, talent and reward strategies, change management, organizational design, and succession planning.

 

Ricardo joins Momentive from Hikma Pharmaceuticals, where he led the North American Human Resources function. With more than 25 years of global human resources experience, Pravda has a strong track record of driving workforce transformation, building high-performing teams, and advancing people-focused initiatives that support business growth across the pharmaceutical, consumer goods, and telecommunications industries. Prior to Hikma, Pravda spent the last two decades at Catalent Pharma Solutions, where he played a pivotal role in its transformation from private equity to a public company and led initiatives that enhanced organizational effectiveness and employee experience.

 

Ricardo has an MBA in Human Resources Management from Universidad del Salvador and a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidad Argentina de la Empresa.

Ricardo Pravda

Michele Motta - Senior Vice President & General Counsel

Michele Motta joined Momentive in 2019 as the Vice President and Deputy General Counsel. In 2020, she was promoted to her current role, leading Momentive’s Global Legal Affairs function, overseeing legal, intellectual property, corporate governance, and compliance. In 2024, her role expanded to also lead Momentive’s corporate sustainability efforts.

 

Before joining Momentive, Michele was a key member of the Saudi Basic Industries (SABIC) leadership team as General Counsel for the Americas and globally for the automotive and plastics business units. She has extensive experience in acquisitions, joint ventures, technology licenses, equity investments, dispositions, carve-outs, and strategic alliances. Michele began her legal career with the international law firm Winston & Strawn.

 

Michele has a JD from The University of Pennsylvania Law School, and a Bachelor of Science from Cornell University. She is also an alumna of Harvard Business School’s Women on Boards executive program.
