The Niax™ portfolio by Momentive offers a comprehensive range of advanced additives for molded polyurethane foams, specifically designed for the automotive seating industry. These additives significantly enhance foam quality and processing efficiency.​

Our innovative silicone surfactants cater to diverse density requirements and various di-isocyanate options, ensuring optimal stabilization and cell regulation. Additionally, our extensive selection of catalysts includes both conventional and low-emission blow and gel types, as well as specialized "delayed" catalysts that improve material flow and performance.​

Our silicone additives are formulated for high-resilience MDI molded foam, providing fine cell structure and foam openness while maintaining optimal performance characteristics. For TDI-based foams, our additives enhance flow, improve foam stabilization, resist shear collapse, and ensure homogeneous blends that deliver consistent quality in finished products.​

We are dedicated to expanding our range of additive solutions to support the production of low-emission, low-odor foams. Our catalysts, tailored for high-resilience molded foams, effectively reduce VOCs and odors, improve flow properties, and support open-cell structures for enhanced final firmness.
