These products are an excellent candidate material to be use in a convenient 1:1 mixing ratio and exhibit high thermal conductivity. Additional capabilities include the opportunity to tailor the NEVSil thermally conductive technologies via our global custom compounding centers to meet our customers demanding application needs in order to optimize thermal management properties.
